To make the new pier complete electric lights, electirc cables, pipes for running cold and hot water as well as provision of seawater to wash with contractors are still working in and around the pier. Concrete floors are ready but for the time being the surroundings have been dug back and forth. Everything takes time. And a litle patience is a virtue in this case.
